Bitcoin: the converged 80,600 floor has left both the 3D and weekly ledgers as price gives back 4.54%

Sep 11, 2026 · BTC

Bitcoin's 3D and weekly trends both still read up with strong strength at 77,096.15, but the structure underneath them has changed: 80,600.00, the support both scans converged on a week ago, is no longer listed on either, and the nearest floors are now 74,937.52 (2.80% below price) on the 3D and 75,557.00 (2.00% below) on the weekly. 3D momentum cooled out of overbought to bullish as RSI fell 6.62 points to 65.78. The monthly stays down and its strength stepped from moderate to weak, on an efficiency ratio of 0.1844 — the lowest reading in this week's nine-cell board.

All distances in this read are expressed as a percentage of the current price of Bitcoin (77,096.15), computed from MoonWire's own multi-timeframe scan of 2026-09-03.

What has changed since the previous read (2026-08-25)

The previous read was built on a convergence: the 3D and weekly pivot scans had resolved to the identical support/resistance pair, 80,600.00 and 82,850.00, with price sitting 0.20% above that floor. That convergence is gone. Price is 4.54% lower at 77,096.15, and 80,600.00 is no longer listed as a support on either the 3D or the weekly ledger. The scans now show different floors on the two timeframes: 74,937.52 on the 3D (2.80% below price, 1 touch) and 75,557.00 on the weekly (2.00% below, 2 touches).

The 82,850.00 resistance did not disappear — it moved timeframes. It has left the 3D ledger, where a nearer level at 82,164.435 (2 touches) now sits 6.57% above price, and it is currently the nearest resistance on both the weekly and the monthly scans, at 7.46% above price on each.

Momentum cooled without the trend labels changing. 3D RSI fell 6.62 points, from 72.41 to 65.78, taking 3D momentum from overbought back to bullish; weekly RSI fell 3.42 points to 55.80; monthly RSI fell 1.96 points to 49.80. The 3D and weekly trends both read up with strong strength, exactly as they did a week ago. The one label that did change is monthly trend strength, which stepped down from moderate to weak while the monthly trend stayed down. Cross-timeframe alignment reads conflicting for a third consecutive read, with the same direction triple as last time — 3D up, weekly up, monthly down.

One mechanical note on how the price-to-average gap closed, because both sides moved: price fell 4.54% while the 3D EMA rose 4.75%, so an average that stood 17.29% below price a week ago now stands 9.24% below it. Almost the entire compression came from the two sides travelling toward each other, not from price alone.

The multi-timeframe read

3D — up, strong, bullish. Price is above both 20-period averages: the SMA20 at 68,137.70 sits 11.62% below price and the EMA20 at 69,968.65 sits 9.24% below. RSI14 is 65.78, in the bullish band after leaving overbought. The efficiency ratio fell 15.50% to 0.6177, so the advance is still comparatively direct but less so than a week ago. ATR14 is 3,378.69, or 4.38% of price — the smallest average range relative to its own asset anywhere in this week's nine-cell board.

Weekly — up, strong, bullish. SMA20 at 70,051.85 is 9.14% below price, EMA20 at 70,889.35 is 8.05% below, and RSI14 is 55.80. This is the one cell in the Bitcoin snapshot where the efficiency ratio rose, up 23.64% to 0.6621 — the weekly path became more directional over the period even as price declined. ATR14 is 5,985.78, 7.76% of price.

Monthly — down, weak, neutral. Price remains beneath both monthly averages: SMA20 at 86,984.79 stands 12.83% above price and EMA20 at 80,990.80 stands 5.05% above. RSI14 is 49.80, essentially the midpoint of the band. The monthly efficiency ratio fell 41.27% to 0.1844 — the lowest reading in the whole nine-cell board — which describes a monthly path that is covering very little net ground for the movement it contains. That is what the strength downgrade from moderate to weak is measuring.

Levels and zones

The 3D scan brackets price with 74,937.52 below (2.80%) and 82,164.435 above (6.57%), a band of 9.37% of price, or 2.14 times one 3D ATR. The weekly band is nearly identical in percentage terms — 75,557.00 to 82,850.00, 9.46% of price — but because the weekly ATR is larger, that same band is only 1.22 weekly ATRs wide. The monthly band, 74,508.00 to 82,850.00, is 10.82% of price and just 0.54 of one monthly ATR: on the monthly scale, price is bracketed inside less than a single average monthly range.

Deeper in the 3D ledger, the most-tested Bitcoin levels are 62,440.17 and 58,977.03, at 3 touches each; the weekly ledger's most-tested entry is 60,564.56 at 6 touches, 21.44% below price. On the resistance side, 117,150.00 (3D, 2 touches) and 109,973.67 (weekly, 3 touches) are the upper markers the scan lists.

Three unmitigated bullish order blocks are listed: 62,535.24–64,500.00 on the 3D (7 bars old, its top 16.34% below price), 62,275.00–65,744.60 on the weekly (5 bars old, top 14.72% below), and 107,350.10–124,474.00 on the monthly (13 bars old, its top 61.45% above price and still unmitigated). No bear zone is listed on any Bitcoin timeframe. These are zones where prior trading concentrated; market technicians commonly watch such areas for a reaction when price re-enters them, which is a statement about what is being watched, not about where price goes.
